Ciao Carlo,
The CG247x is a real piece of art in 4K with a built-in sensor.
But, in my humble opinion, for a few more hundred euros, you could also check
the CG279X.
I use the latter for two years now after having passed a long time with the
CG247x.
Space is not a luxury to work; it's a real comfort: 2560 x 1440 - 108 ppp
versus 1920 x 1200 - 96 ppp.
Both are IPS with LED type backlighting. It's very convenient when you have to
spend a lot of time in front a display.
PS: I have no contact nor deal, and I'm not affiliate with EIZO.
It's just 20 years spent to work with monitors...
Best.
Axel

Hallo group,
is time I buy a new monitor and with a budget of 1500 ? more or less I was
thinking about the Eizo CG 247X
Wonder if anybody has any opinions on it or if anybody knows of a
discussion group more dedicated to monitors evaluation?.
thanks!
Carlo
