Wayne,

The horizontal axis represent the 16-bit RGB digital code value sent to the
monitor for display while the vertical axis represent the monitor response
(Luminance). I'm surprised you're having difficulty viewing the PDF? Are you
able to zoom in Acrobat?

Having a hard time interpreting this without knowing what the two axes are,
and whether they are linear or logarithmic. Plus, the notations are
practically impossible to read even on my big monitor.
