I understand and agree about a moving target but there are other moving parts
such as the person driving the file. The same person drives the targets for a
month and it’s stable. The job is sent and a different person drives that file
differently - kaput.
There has to be a precise and consistent process when doing remote profiling.
This must be understood and communicated between everyone involved.
Just send in targets for a month? That might be close to pointless as well.
