Where is CoreAudio (aka Getting started...)?

Hi,

probably a FAQ: Where IS CoreAudio, respectively:

- Where do I download the C headers (namely e.g. AudioHardware.h,
CoreAudioTypes.h and HostTime.h? (They seem not to be in current UHs).
- Where do I get any required stub libraries for building with CW?
- Can I use CoreAudio from Carbon with no hassle? (I'm clear that I must
run on X, of course).

Some starting pointer would be highly appreciated, and sorry for
interrupting the "real" discussions.

Christian
