One thing I've noticed with the MIDIMan 10/10 driver is that it presents
different AudioDevice objects for different channel groups/streams of the
actual card - so this is not a hard and fast rule - there is a great deal of
flexibility you can utilise here (particularly if the hardware itself has
some flexibility here)
