Bug on sleep?

CoreAudio does not continue playing on waking up from sleep as the SoundMgr
does on OS9.

I also had a case where it created a second thread for itself, though I
cannot repeat it. i.e., usually there is one priority 96 thread for
CoreAudio, but once I got a second one. This may have been the result of
sleeping the powerbook, as I was testing that at that time..
