That's s good point. For now we put only the "kernel" drivers in Darwin
(built-in and
USB for audio). Considering the MIDI ones is not a bad idea.
But anyway, there are some examples of MIDI drivers in OSS 10.0
(look in /Developer/Examples/CoreAudio).
