Midi FUN.

seems to need a nock to get the MIDISetup.getNumberOfSources() to keep
running. it seems to stop unless u, say move the frame about, so it gets an
update. is there anyway I can get all the midi setup without this
interaction from me? the app we are making wont have any users to do this
helpful kick..

all the rest is cool mind, oh and sometimes it hangs the first time around.
very much hassle that is.
