There's been some confusion about this topic that I should clear up (as I
seemed to named as a culprit in some of this!)
We're in the process of preparing an SDK that will be available shortly for
developers that has some additional material from what is already available
in the Developer materials you already have for OS X.
You haven't "missed" anything - we haven't posted yet.
When it is posted we will announce its availability through the Core Audio
API list.
On a related issue, we should have an early draft of the documentation we're
preparing for Core Audio available later today or tomorrow at the following
URL:
http://developer.apple.com/audio
This site is still "under construction" so bare with us whilst we get this
sorted out.
