Hello John,

The MIDI driver must not be already loaded by the classic environment:
- Shutdown Classic
- Unplug your interface
- Reconnect it (the status LED should be off)
- run SampleTools

It is OK to restart Classic while SampleTool is running. If no OSX MIDI
client is running while restarting, Classic will load the driver again!
