USB audio device recognized as two devices

My application builds the list of audio devices attached to Mac.
I have a few USB audio devices and they are all recognized well.

However, one of them is recognized as two devices.
Their name and manufacturer strings are just same.
Only the AudioDeviceIDs are different.

Does anybody have an idea why this is so?
