Unloading AppleUSBAudio

  • Subject: Unloading AppleUSBAudio

I am wanting to load/run a debug version of the AppleUSBAudio driver.
However the existing driver will not unload, giving the error
"AppleUSBAudioEngine has 2 instance(s)". What must be done to free the
existing AppleUSBAudio driver so it can be unloaded? Once this driver is
unloaded, will the USB Audio interfaces be free. Or will the system
automatically search and load a driver for the interfaces, preventing me
from loading my debug version driver?

Thanks,

Sean
