Jeff -

I was able to reproduce this problem using only Daisy -

Connect an iMic or Telex P-500 device to USB.
Launch Daisy
Select USB input device.
Set input phsyical rate to 32k, 16 bit, 2-Chan.
Set input actual rate to 32k, 32 bit, 2-Chan.
Check "Soft PlayThru On"
Start "Capture PlayThru"

After a few minutes the system will kernel crash in the USBAudioDriver.
Sometimes it takes a little longer, so let it run for a while...
Tried this on a G4 933 and TiBook
