In the next release of the Core Audio documentation -- the PDF file that
is available on the developer site -- it would be very helpful to mention
the correlation between audio streams and audio buffers. Specifically, it
would be very helpful to reiterate that for every audio stream presented
by a device, there is a corresponding AudioBuffer in the AudioBufferList
presented to the IOProc.
