One more thing, is there any serial drivers for Opcode Studio 4 and OS X or must I sell it and buy USB MIDI interfaces?

There is a built-in driver for serial MIDI interfaces, but I suspect it only works for very simple ones (maybe just the 16-channel kind) for which there was an actual common standard. I'd be pretty surprised if it worked with a more complicated interface like the one you mention. That said, you could just plug it in and try it.

(Disclaimer: I got rid of my serial MIDI interface years ago, and have never seen the serial driver in OS X in action. I saw an old Opcode interface at a garage sale last week, but that's the extent of my experience with them.)
