The devices I've personally used with some success include:
- UM-880 (Edirol == Roland, yes, same device) in class-compliant mode
- Roland UM-4/SMPU-64
- Emagic MT4 and Unitor 8
- MOTU Midi Express (I note they released revised beta drivers
yesterday!)
(I don't have every interface in the world at my disposal, so omissions
don't necessarily mean any more than that)
I suspect a couple of Midiman devices will join this list soon...
