Hello,
Sorry if this is a little bit off-topic, but I guess
audio programmers must know this problem...
I have created a playlist in iTunes, and I wanted to
make a CD with songs of many CDs I have.
I have put the titles I am interested in in the new
playlist. Now when I want to play the playlist
from iTunes, I noticed that every tune stops a
couple of seconds before the end. For instance,
if the duration is 3:00, it would stop at about 2:54
or 2:55. So it starts to play the next song immediately,
and when a song actually contains music until the
end of the track, it is simply truncated.
All the songs seem to be truncated by a similar amount
(about 5 ~ 6 seconds).
As I thought it might be a bad config of my machine
(G4 733), I tried on another (G4 400) and it does
exactly
the same.
Has anybody experienced this problem? How can I
solve this?
I am running MacOS-X 10.2.2, I have 384 MB memory
on one machine and 256 on the other, and iTunes
version is 3.01 (66), whatever the 66 means.
Thanks for any help.
Pascal
