Sound Blaster Extigy Works In 10.2.3

With the update of 10.2.3 I was getting reports from Mac users that the Sound Blaster Extigy (USB Sound Card) is now working. I tried it out, and it works. The Extigy shows up in Input and Output. The audio however tends to be crackly. It may be CPU load, but I figured I would see if there are any other issues with new 10.2.3 update on USB audio. Any thoughts on this?
