Sorry to post about this again, but a few of you have contacted me saying
that you couldn't download the special font (I guess maybe Tom's web
server went down for a little while or something), so I thought I'd just
mention that, thanks to a good tip from Chris Reed, I've made a new
version that has the font included and loads it itself, so please try the
new version if you were having any font problems:
