Not really much to elaborate on since I don't know much else other than the
fact that it seems to have only been reported since 10.1.2 came out (judging
by your post and others at other places on the web) and that we haven't
released any software updates since 10.1.2 (so one can reasonably draw the
conclusion that a patch for it hasn't been released).

The bug description sure makes it out to be pretty severe. One would imagine
that we'd fix something that nasty assuming we can track it down.

You're description is pretty much the common one. Some have reported that it
happens across sleep/wake, but others have reported it under other
circumstances.

Not to my knowledge. I, myself, have never seen the bug live and in person,
so it's hard to draw any conclusions about it other than that folks have
reported it and we haven't released anything that fixes it.
