Hi all,
Thanks for interest and help.
I used Doug's utility and I had found, that there are too many MIDI
drivers in my computer. I used a special midisport driver, which was
replaced by a driver for all Midiman USB devices. But the file remained
in the system. I removed them and I also deleted generic Apple drivers.
Then I reinstalled both drivers for Audiophile and Midisport (and the
MidiMonitor plugin before this, but it was not responsible for crashes).
Now everything seems to work, there are no Midiserver crashes and no
attempts to start it for the second time.
BTW, is there a documentation allowing me to understand the principle of
loading various drivers from various folders? We have one filesystem as
kext, the second is in startup items folder and other in FileSystems,
for instance...

That's indeed not ours. The Delta Midi Driver's class name is, well,
"DeltaMIDIDriver".
BTW.: You shouldn't use 1.0.0d3 for midi stuff. That version didn't
support
packing of incoming MIDI data into logical units (it delivered the data
byte
by byte to the host). 1.0.1d3 should be fine in this regard.

Whatever it is, it's crashing. Check:
/System/Library/Extensions (for things named *.plugin)
/Library/Audio/MIDI Drivers
~/Library/Audio/MIDI Drivers
Coincidentally this is the second time this week I've wondered if I
should release some code that prints some verbose information about the
MIDI server's driver loading process... maybe the best way to do this
would be to have the server print debug info when an appropriate
environment variable is set...
