Hi!

How is it possible to code/decode MPEG formats on hardware with core audio ?

We have already written a core audio driver for linear soundcards with IOAudioFamily,
but we would like to support hardware coding/decoding MPEG1 MPEG2 (and eventually MP3)
with our sound cards.

I heared with Jaguar there will be introduced some new capabilities. Is this right.
Can anybody give me some information or links ?

Markus.
