Phantom Audio Driver KEXT won't unload

Hi,

I'm building the Phantom Audio driver sample. I load it with kextload.
When I try to unload it, kmodstat will still show it and I get a message
in system.log saying

Mar 13 18:30:45 localhost mach_kernel: Can't unload
com.MyCompany.driver.PhantomAudioDriver due to -
Mar 13 18:30:45 localhost mach_kernel:
com.MyCompany.driver.PhantomAudioDriver:
com_MyCompany_driver_PhantomAudioEngine has 1 instance(s)

I didn't do anything -- just load and unload. What's the problem here?
