I've upgraded my AirySynth sample code :

What's new :
- Some things have been corrected or better written.
- My CAUCarbonViewNib generic view has been enhanced so it can now
handle a background pict, in any format
supported by Quicktime. The background of controls are correctly
drawn (I think) even with standard controls
(did not thought it was going to be so painful...)
- Added a knob HIView Control (customizable by changing the background
and rotating pictures)
