Actually, I thought that the conclusion was to add a well-known property to
the property list for Audio Units to provide this kind of categorization,
but not to try to enforce this kind of categorization via the effect type
part of the Component ID so that individual creators (manufacturers) could
have a clean (and big) namespace for distinguishing between effects.
By adding it to the property list, the category/effect type could be queried
without loading the AU.
