AU - more host callbacks - host name and version

I thought that it might be nice to add another set of host callbacks to the Audio Unit API: host software information. A few good things to be able to query would be host app name (e.g. "Logic"), host app's company name (e.g. "Emagic"), and the host app's version.

You can do this with VST. It's useful sometimes when you know that a particular host has a "unique" way of doing something. This is not an issue now of course, given the lack of public AU hosts, but it probably will be useful in the future. So, just a suggestion...

Marc
