Every now and then there are updates to the cvs repository as well.
Is worth getting into Music Kit for a
beginner, or will I have more problems with bugs and incompatibilities
than having joy?
The MusicKit has been very very stable, certainly in its APIs, for a
number of years; that is also one reason why there haven't been
extremely frequent updates, because there hasn't really been a need.
