Multiple Audio devices, and only one name

  • Subject: Multiple Audio devices, and only one name

If I plug a second device in the computer, the driver gets loaded & installed
properly (and 'runs') however, there is no way to access the device from
CoreAudio. It sees only the first one.

I suspect it doesn't like two engines having the same name.

Is there a way to enumerate my own driver instances (from the driver) without
using a static. Also, is there a way to rename Engines once they are created?
That would allow "Device 1", "Device 2" etc.

Michel
