I just installed the latest seed (6F14) on a clean Jaguar GM machine and
everything works just fine for me. Just had to install the MIDI Drivers,
and everything works as expected in Audio MIDI Setup, and when using the
midilatency test tool.
You may want to try updating to 6F14.
