To complete my trio of DFX favourites (first Transverb and BO), here comes
Scrubby, AU-style. Like BO, it's also a MusicEffect, but MIDI is not
required, and MusicEffect support is fatally broken in the most recent
Logic developer release, so I'm releasing this to you aufx-style, with
aumf-style later when the next Logic version is released.

As always, please let me know if you encounter any issues, still no custom
GUIs, not until I have all my staple effects AU-ized DSP-wise...
