Hello,

I am new to this list. I have a question specifying an external synthesizer in OS X 10.2.1. According to the Quicktime help, you are supposed to be able to specify an external synthesizer in the Quicktime Music Preferences. When I select the music preferences, the only synthesizer in the list is the Quicktime Music Synthesizer. How do you get an external synthesizer in the list so it can be selected. This worked under OS 9, but does not work in OS X 10.2.1.

Thanks for any help.

Dave Budde
