Hi folks,

I had always problems that when I started any MIDI app (like Midi Keys or Logic) and then later quit it, that the MIDI server process was still running but then with nearly 100% CPU use (on a QS Dual 1GHz). Now I found out (with the help of Chris Reed) that the AppleMIDISerialDriver.plugin together with my Stealth-port (Driver version 1.1) is causing this problem. Moving out the plugin of the Extensions folder fixed this. My Opcode Studio 4 (connected to the Stealth) only works with Mac OS 9.x.

Michael

PS: I also use a Roland PC-300 and a Midiman Delta 1010LT (V. 1.1)
