You can temporarily move the AppleMIDIFWDriver.plugin out of /System/Library/Extensions if you're not using a device that requires it. That will stop the debug messages.

Hi Pete,

That message appears when you quit the last application that was using the
MIDIserver. It's probably some debug message that survived the sweep for
jaguar :-)
