Jaguar and AudioOutputUnit

I have an audio application which is based on (the default)
AudioOutputUnit for stereo and multi-channel output. The application
worked perfectly until I installed Jaguar.
In Jaguar my callback function is never called! Reading throught the
code, I don't see what could be wrong.
Could this have anything to do with v1 and v2 units?
Is there any change in the operation of AudioOutputUnits?
