Ann: Ritmo 1.0b5 public beta

Hi everyone...

This morning I put up version 1.0b5 of Ritmo. This release is of slight interest to this list because I implemented mutli-channel output, following up on a message I posted last week.

Instead of doing it the "correct" way by supporting group scopes, I did it the Logic'al way by having an 8 channel output option. Channels 1-2 are the main stereo pair, 3-4 are a sub stereo pair, and 5-8 are individual mono outputs. It's not the best way, but it works beautifully in Logic. (And it took less than 4 hours to implement :-)

Changes since 1.0b2:
- multi-out support
- added sample auditioning in the file browser, as well as displaying info about the selected audio file
- changed the built-in 606 kit to use GM note numbers
- added some instruments from the 808 and 707 to fill in some holes in the GM kit
- fixed the default trigger modes for instruments in Bank B. they were somewhat random.
- fixed truncation of the instrument name to make it fit in the instrument buttons
- made the instrument mutes a parameter so it can be recorded in automation (was a property)
- fixed many crashes in the editor on dual processor machines

This public beta will expire on 15 May.
