As long as the logic for saving and restoring that you have in your
unit works with no parameters then I don't see this as a problem
A good way to test this is to run your unit in AUHosting in the
CoreAudio SDK - use the save and restore code there and let me know...
I haven't tried this myself but I can't think of any theoretical reason
why this shouldn't work
