The SDK license agreement at the top of each of the SDK files spells
out all the restrictions, obligations, etc that Apple is under (and
your rights of usage) with Sample Code.

That would be a "stand alone" version of one of my synths, with some
extra params for customization, which do not fit into common
host/plugin schemes, like additional windows (sorry, can't tell more,
hehe).
(On the other hand, it's not that much code anyway, is it 8-)
