These are Apple-provided AU's and are probably hidden somewhere
in compiled libraries. There's no sample code available for those
AU's, but you can find similar DSP code here:

They are neither in
$HOME/Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/Components
nor in
/Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/Components
so
a) where are they?
b) Are they available as samplecode?
