I tried the December version of CoreAudio, but the Delay example
in EMagic's VST2AU still doesn't work. I presume it has never
worked, but I'm more interested in the synth example so I'm not going
to worry about it.

By the way, this seems likely to cause a lot of confusion because if
you click on Audio after logging in to ADC, it takes you to the
download link for the Sept version of CoreAudio. Also, just as
a warning, the Jan version of VST2AU doesn't compile with the Dec
version of CoreAudio until you comment out references to deprecated
constants. I would have thought EMagic would know about the December
CoreAudio.

Also, I notice the Jan version of VST2AU still only has a skeleton
for the GUI portion of the library. I'm starting understand why
AU's have been so slow to appear :-).

It's called the "December 2002 Developer Tools", not CoreAudio SDK. It *contains* the latest CoreAudio SDK, though, and fixes some problems with the September SDK, as I recall.
