Hmm,

my problems have been somewhat similar when I started...

I can't recall the solution, but do you return true on yoursynth::StreamFormatWritable(...) ?

Does Render() not even get called once?

Wondered if there was such a thing available as an AU diagnostics
utility... trying to do some debugging here for a MusicDevice which works
in some hosts but not in others (Render() is never called in SynthTest or
Rax, but it works in Logic)... any hints?
