I'm actually not developing anything in this case; I was just reporting an
odd behavior I noticed while using CoreMIDI and CoreAudio apps
simultaneously (so the bug, if it exists, is in CoreAudio itself).
I was hoping to get some verification that this is an actual issue and that
I'm not insane, so that I can file a proper bug report (as soon as I figure
out the best place to do that...somehow I doubt
http://www.apple.com/macosx/feedback/ will get this much attention).
