kAudioUnitParameterFlag_Global

I noticed that in SampleEffectUnit.cpp in the December 2002 Dev Tools
installation, the kAudioUnitParameterFlag_Global flag was added in
during GetParameterInfo. AudioUnitProperties.h says that that flag is
deprecated in 10.2, though. Has that changed and is it now un-deprecated,
or was this just an error?
