Please ignore my earlier mail regarding errors with
MusicTrackNewExtendedTempoEvent problem.

After looking at the sample code for AUViewTest (thanks, Christopher!)
I saw I needed to be calling MusicSequenceGetTempoTrack(sequence,
&tempoTrack));

Now all is working fine. I guess I really ought to stop reading that
"Audio and MIDI on Mac OS X" PDF, which seems a little, um,
"preliminary". MusicSequenceGetTempoTrack doesn't even appear (I assume
that's a Jaguar-specific API). Even MusicPlayer.h seems to imply that
MusicSequenceGetTempoTrack only needs to be called on loading in MIDI
files...
