Thanks Niko. I believe I sent you fixes whenever I encountered them.
I realize there is probably some ambivalence, or even hostility,
towards the VST-AU SDK on the part of Apple. Anyone who uses it
isn't taking full advantage of AU, and is in some sense even
repudiating the very existence of Audio Units. The realities of
a multi-platform world however, make "pure" AU's rather
impractical for many of us. At least for now :-). So, your
efforts are appreciated.

Audio Unit hosts out there. We had a discussion on that issue on the
audio feedback session of the WWDC and I gave the following statement
there: We will fix all the known bugs in the SDK shortly. So all those
people who did not modify the original SDK should just be able to
replace it with the new one. Unfortunately I have the feeling that a
vast majority of you has made massive modifications to the SDK code
which makes it difficult for them to migrate to the new SDK.
