It should respond via MIDI to the registered param number 0 (RPN0)
for setting pitch bend range....

Hi all,
It seems that there is currently no way to set pitch bend range when
using a SoundFont with Apple's built-in DLSMusicDevice AU plugin.
As of the sf2 spec, there is no longer support for setting this in
the sf2 file itself. Does anyone know of any solution short of
re-creating the DLSMusicDevice AU plugin that just adds a pitch bend
range param?
