Boink. Just sending a reminder that this hasn't happened yet. It would
be very much appreciated to have these points clarified. So far as I've
found, there are 3 undefined spots of CFness in the AU API:

* how to handle the CFStrings in the AUPreset struct when the host gets
the FactoryPresets property

* how the host or plugin should handle the CFString in the AUPreset struct
when getting or setting the CurrentPreset property

* how the host should handle the CFString in AudioUnitParameterInfo when
getting the ParameterInfo property

Thanks,
Marc
