best way to duplicate a MusicSequence?

I'm trying to determine the best and quickest way to
duplicate a MusicSequence.

Will MusicTrackCopyInsert or MusicTrackMerge work if the
source and dest tracks are in different MusicSequences?

Or is there a better way to do this?
