but how do you integrate client threads? When you call MIDIClientCreate it
starts a high priority thread. I need a little assistancemaking sense of all
that. the examples I have been able to get are all commandline types that
just cann CFRunLoopRun..I am trying to integrate some midi input into my
carbon app but I do not know how to get the midi input events through the
carbon event handler.. if that is what I am supposed to do..
