Yes.

Any app that I load Crystal in (or almost any other AU converted with VST2AU--pHATmatik being the big exception since Art did a lot of debugging) and then any other AU will cause a crash. Sometimes it happens on app exit.

I forgot to mention, in these cases the crashes are very clearly within the VST2AU code, from the backtrace.
