MIDIThruConnection

Hi,

I've been working with the MIDIThruConnection API and cannot get it to do anything! Does anyone have sample code, tips, etc?

I'm making the connection very simply, just initialise the parameters, provide a source and destination endpoint, nothing else. MIDIThruConnectionCreate returns no error.
